What is the Wishlist?
The Wishlist is a multi-fandom Christmas fanfiction fest. It is something that started very small and simple three years ago. The premise was simply to write twenty-four ficlets in response to twenty-four prompts, posted between 1 Dec and 24 Dec. Fandom gifts, if you will. Since then it's grown and changed a bit.

I have signed up to be a writer and if you want to give me a prompt, please leave a comment on this entry.
Rules
- I accept the first 24 prompts I am given, regardless of who you are or if I know you.
- You give me characters/pairing, a fandom and a prompt. If you want art, please give me a story, scene or fandom you would like me to create art for. Please provide a link.
- If I don't know the fandom you're requesting, your prompt doesn't count. The fandoms I write in are:
a. Hawaii Five-0
b. Supernatural (Dean/Cas ONLY. and I haven't seen season 7.)
c . Avengers
d. X-Men First Class
e. Harry Potter
f. Yu Yu Hakusho (NO Hiei/Kurama please)
g. Merlin (Merlin/Arthur ONLY) Or gen. Yes, I am actually in this fandom. I've been trying to stop forever, but it's just. I love it too much.
- If I find your prompt in any way offensive, I will disregard it, too. Fair warning.
- Your prompts should somewhat match what I usually write. It can be a quote, an idea, a specific situation, but the more you give me, the more I have to work with. Throwing Character X/Character Y, whatever at me is going to get you whatever.
- If you don't have an lj account, leave an anonymous comment, but make sure to sign it with a name (possibly your TtH name, if you're coming from that end.)

on 2011-10-15 10:51 pm (UTC)Have you ever seen the reunions they have when military personnel come back? There's a big area where everyone is waiting and then essentially the commander says go and everyone runs off and finds their loved ones? I was thinking that as a setting ;)

prompt: Kono is finally in so deep, that she breaks down and calls steve to get her out and help her. He comes to the rescue and keeps on telling her that everything will be alright. A lot of h/c and awesome, bigbrother! Steve please :)

Prompt: Steve makes the executive decision to drag the entire team out to a day on the beach as a 'bonding exercise'. Shenanigans ensue, obviously.

Prompt: While Castiel is without use of his full powers, Dean is badly injured. Castiel struggles with the frustration of not being able to heal Dean while figuring out the human way to keep Dean alive until the others can find them.

And Charles going Awwwwww when he maybe finds them cuddled together at one point or another, and it's obvious Erik is trying really hard for Charles, because if Charles is with him (for the rest of their lives), then he's not likely to have a baby of his own, is he. Anyway, ~FEEEELING. ♥
